Encounter Church leadership structure is based upon the formation of a team of committed individuals who desire to fulfill the calling that God has placed on their lives. We believe that the Bible clearly identifies many team ministry structures that were used in the early formation of the Church as found in the New Testament book of Acts. Each leadership team member has defined roles within the church according to their giftedness and passions.
